The What: A keen interest in intelligent sequencing is the thread that moves through a practice layered with breathwork, asana, mantra, visualization, contemplation and meditation. An intuitive sense of the channels of the physical and pranic body, a compassionate sense of the mental and energetic state of the room, and a commitment to refining and purifying my intuitive body leads to a class designed for those who show up on the mat that day, and is always instructed in a way that is open to all levels – can be as challenging as you are willing to make it, and as simple as linking the breath and the body…
The Intention: for students to develop their own home practice by providing snackable takeaways and to experience the profound power of the science of yoga by the skillful means provided to me through my teachers so that the intention to commit to the practice grows in the hearts and minds of each student. Help you discover your inner guru and awaken your unique yoga.
