Chef Stacey Dougan

Chef Stacey has been a vegan and raw foods chef for over 10 years. She was the resident vegan chef in the Catering & Banquets department at the 5-Diamond Wynn Resort. As co-founder of “Oh Baby I Like It Raw”, a raw vegan restaurant, catering and wellness company, she conducts ongoing plant-based cooking classes and wellness seminars at various locations in Las Vegas. Stacey’s passion for teaching stems from her own life-changing experience when she successfully cured herself with only fresh plant-based foods from a 26-year long battle with eczema and candida.

As founder and executive head chef of Atlanta’s premier gourmet raw & living foods restaurant Everlasting Life and executive raw foods chef at Raw Bar and Deli in Chicago, Stacey was featured internationally in media as expert gourmet vegan and raw foods chef. For more than two years she ran her own wellness spa and healthy lifestyle television series in Ghana, West Africa.

After graduating from the Living Foods Institute, she developed a profound nutritional program and is now master instructor for gourmet vegan and raw food preparation seminars. Chef Stacey offers her services as personal chef and catering services, and is helping many clients to control diseases like diabetes, cancer, heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, obesity, and more.

Chef 2013 Stacey Is the owner of “Simply Pure”, a vegan and raw food café in Containerpark, which has fast become a favorite healthful food destination for Downtown Las Vegas!
